Who are we?

Jannali BASC is a not-for-profit centre,
managed by the Jannali Public School P&C Association.

  • What do we stand for?

    We are dedicated to providing an inclusive, fun and engaging program in a safe and caring environment.

    Learning through play, children develop a strong sense of identity and wellbeing, they gain the confidence to be curious, creative and enthusiastic, enabling them to build a sense of belonging at the centre and within the wider school community.

  • What do we offer?

    We provide quality education and care. During school terms, we provide before and after school care for Jannali Public School and Como Public School. We have a bus service to pick up and drop off children enrolled at Como Public School.

    Vacation Care operates during school holidays and is available to children from JPS, CPS and other neighbouring schools.

    Our staff are a dedicated and talented group of professional people who are committed to providing high quality service to meet the needs of our children and the community.

  • Parent Involvement

    Jannali BASC is a not-for-profit centre, managed by the Jannali Public School P&C Association Sub-Committee. P&C meetings are held in week 3 & 7 of each term at 6:00pm. Being a member of the P&C is a great way for parents and carers to be involved and have input to the centre to ensure the continuity of quality care of all our children.

  • Risk of Anaphylaxis

    Children/staff attending the centre may be at risk of anaphylaxis due to several allergens-

    •    Dairy, Eggs, Peanuts, Fish, Rabbits, Dogs

    This advice will be updated should allergen/s change. We have implemented a plan to manage the risk of anaphylaxis for all children and educators.

    Please be mindful of these risks and try to avoid the allergens listed when packing lunch boxes for your child to bring to the centre.

It takes big hearts to care for and shape little minds.
